TM245P is 3rd generation desktop pick and place, which has gained reputation from some of the hobbyists, engineers, scientists and technocrats from world across in terms of its competitive price, high quality and stable performance. 

TM245P-Standard and TM245P-Advanced

Please kindly note there are two versions of TM245P, the main differences are listed as below

* Vibration feeder (can be customized) supported to mount tube packaged ICs for Advanced one.

* 19 tape reel feeders are added on the back side for Advanced one.

1.Patented electromagnetic actuators, you don't need to get rid of the wasted nylon film manually, which saves you more time and effort.

2. Vibration feeder that can support to mount tube packaged components (only for Advanced version, but can be customized).;

3. Flexible PCB positioning function by using PCB support bars and pins, wherever you want to put the PCB and whatever the shape of your PCB is, all can be handled well.;

4. Mechanical correctional device, which improve the accuracy of IC placement

5. Automatic recover function of step-out.

Programming

A. Generate coordinate file from PCB design software (AD, Eagle, KiCad,Upverter, etc)

1. Take the software Altium Designer 6.9 as an example, from which we can generate a csv. file.

2. Stack Management Tool and generate working file that NeoDen machine could read.

With the special software Stack Management Tool we provide, you can open coordinate file, manage stacks and components accordingly, then convert the working file.

This whole process only takes 5 minutes.

B.Manual programming

You can easily program a working file with the assistance of red-cross laser, no PC or other devices are needed.
